XOLO has announced Q2500 PocketPad for market in India. The phablet has been priced Rs.14999 and will be available with online and physical retail stores soon. This 8.5mm thick XOLO device is black in colour and brings along with it a flip cover.
XOLO’s latest offering sports a 6-inch IPS HD display with 245ppi pixel density. The camera on the rear panel is 8MP with BSI sensor and LED flash. It has features like HDR, Low Light enhancement, Face detection, Geo tagging, Vertical & Horizontal Panorama Capture and others. The one on the front is 2MP for clicking selfies and assists in video calls. The phablet depends on a 3000mAh battery for sustenance which offers up to 15 hours of talk time.
The PocketPad is powered by a 1.3GHz Quad-Core MTK6582 chipset along with Mali 400MP2 GPU (500MHz clock speed) and 1GB of RAM. There’s 4GB of inbuilt storage space that can be expanded externally up to 32GB using a microSD card. This XOLO device runs on Android 4.2. (Jelly Bean) OS that’s upgradable to Android 4.4 (KitKat). Connectivity features include 3G, Bluetooth 4.0, Micro-USB 2.0 and Wi-Fi.
