So much for Nankhatai. Google has finally revealed the name for its next version Android – and it’s Nougat.
The company announced the new name on Twitter earlier in the day –
The search giant had revealed several statues earlier in the day, statues that represented all the dessert-named Android versions, before they let out the new statue for Android Nougat through a short video story. Google even showcased a few other N-names that it had considered giving the new Android.
Android Nougat shall be released later this year.
