BlackBerry Z10 is back in the house and well Z30 will also join the party. The Z10 that was launched with a price tag of Rs.43,990 is now available for Rs.17,990. The price was slid down to Rs.29,990 in September last year before it was further lowered down to Rs.17,990 last month. The result, stocks dried out within a week. Encouraged by the tremendous sales of Z10, the Canadian smartphone maker has now decided to slash the price of Z30 too. Blackberry Z30 is now available for Rs.34,990 after a 12 per cent cut in the price.
According to Hitesh Shah, Director of Channel Sales at Blackberry India it was the phenomenal response to the company’s initial promotional offer on the BlackBerry Z10 that Blackberry is confident of witnessing a similar off take for the 5-inch BlackBerry Z30. The price of Rs.34,990 will ensure that consumers are able to experience the latest and best technology at an attractive cost, Shah said. The offer on Z30 stays for the next sixty days.
The first BlackBerry 10 smartphone, Z10 is driven by a 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon plus processor. There’s 2GB of RAM and 16GB of inbuilt memory expandable externally up to 64GB. It sports a 4.2-inch capacitive screen and features two cameras. An 8MP camera is on the rear side while a 2MP camera front clicks selfies and assists in video chats.
BlackBerry Z30 is powered by a 1.7GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 Pro processor coupled with Adreno 320 GPU. The smartphone packs 2GB RAM and has 16GB onboard storage space. Memory can be stretched to as much as 64GB. It runs on BlackBerry 10.2 OS. The Z30 holds a 5-inch Super AMOLED capacitive display along with two cameras. The Primary camera is an 8MP snapper while the secondary is a 3MP shooter. The smartphone’s also equipped with ‘BlackBerry Natural Sound’ speakers.
