Spice Stellar Mettle Icon Mi-506 has been floated with a price label of Rs.6999. The smartphone is available with major retail stores across India and also with popular online retailer Saholic.com. It brings with it 2GB of free storage space on Spice Cloud along with other features like flip to mute and intelligent answer.
Spice mobility’s latest offering is driven by a 1.3GHz dual-core processor along with Mali 400 GPU. It packs 512MB of RAM and has 4GB of onboard storage space. This is flexible enough to be expanded up to 32GB via a microSD card. The smartphone runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) OS. A 1,800mAh battery energizes the phone. It offers a talk time of 11 hours on 2G and 5.5 hours on 3G.
The Icon Mi-506 sports a 5-inch FWVGA capacitive display. It holds two cameras. The primary camera is an 8MP shooter that can auto focus, fixed on the rear panel. It is also assisted by an LED flash. The 1.3MP secondary camera on the front clicks selfies and assists in video chats. Bouquet of connectivity options includes the usual 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v4.0 and A-GPS.
