Indian smartphone manufacturer XOLO has launched it’s latest Android mid-budget smartphone in India- the XOLO A600. With a sticker price of Rs 8,199/- (as stated in XOLO’s official website), the phone is now available with all retailers spanning the country. Featuring a 4.5-inch qHD screen with IPS display and 960×540 resolution, the XOLO A600 derives power off a 1.3GHz dual-core MT 6572W processor. The smartphone houses two SIM-card slots, micro-USB, microSD card slot and has the universal 3.5mm audio jack. The phone runs Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. Under is hood is equipped a 1900mAh battery. The phone also supports FM Radio.
The smartphone’s storage needs are fulfilled by 512MB RAM and 4GB of internal storage, expandable up to 32GB. The phone sports a 5MP rear camera with auto-focus and a decent VGA front camera. The A600 offers video calling support, an Accelrometer, Ambient Light Sensor and Proximity sensor. For connectivity, users have options available in Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. With its launch, the phone is pitched up against other smarts like Intex Aqua N2, iBall Andi 4.5z and Panasonic T31. With all these listed features, XOLO A600 smartphone makes a good but for the stated price.
