Loha Singh, a Kanpuria famed in his locality for being the Robinhood of electricity, is the local Katiyabaaz this documentary is based on. The documentary takes a comic take in underlying the issue of power-cuts in the city of Kanpur. With Loha we doctor the transformers and power cables to run small businesses and power several homes, much to UP Government’s annoyance.
