The Mobile phone market in India is getting ‘smarter’ every passing day. This time it’s Spice Mobiles who launched their budget phablet ‘Smart Flo Pace2 Mi-502’. It is now available with online retailer saholic.com at Rs.6,999/- only.
Speaking on the occasion, T M Ramakrishnan, CEO – Devices, S Mobility said that with the Smart Flo Pace2’s launch Spice wanted to offer advanced features at competitive prices and that the product was a premium budget phone with enhanced features and better than what competitors have to offer. He also added that they were encouraged by the response that their 2G and 3G smartphones had received and that the launch of Smart Flo Pace2 Mi-502 reflected their belief in constant innovation and customer delight.
The latest offering from Spice’s kitty sports a 5-inch capacitive touch display with 800×480 pixel resolution. It runs on Android v4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) and is powered by a 1 GHz Dual-Core processor with 512 MB of RAM. The phablet is a dual camera device with a 5 Megapixel primary camera and a 1.3 megapixel secondary camera for video calling. It has 512 MB of internal storage to offer while externally memory can be expanded up to 32 GB courtesy a microSD card.
The Smart Flo Pace2 Mi-502 is fueled by a 2,100 mAh with more than 5 hours of talk-time and up to 280 hours of standby time. Connectivity options that the phablet offers are Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Micro USB, EDGE/GPRS etc. This dual SIM device is available in two colours viz. white and blue.
The Smart Flo Pace2 Mi-502 has been pitched against Micromax’s Canvas Viva A72 and the Swipe Fablet F2.
