Sony Xperia C Launched In India For Rs 20,490/-. Tech Specs And Features Listed.

Sony India today launched Sony Xperia C phablet in the Indian market for a decent price tag of Rs 21,490/-. The Xperia C features a 5-inch TFT display with 960 x 540 pixel resolution, runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, is equipped with a quad-core processor and supports dual-SIM functionality. The phablet has the Omnibalance design that Sony usually reserves for its top-end smarts. Xperia C has a 4GB built-in storage that could be expanded up to 32Gb via microSD, and derives power off a 1.2GHz quad-core Mediatek processor with 1GB RAM. The Xperia C flaunts an 8 megapixel camera in the rear, and a front VGA unit at front suffices for video calling. Under the hood is a 2,390mAh battery satisfying the phone’s power requirements. For connectivity, the phone supports Bluetooth 4.0, 2G/3G, microUSB 2.0 and Wi-Fi. It’s available in the following color variants- white, black and purple.

This smartphone is expected to rival the popular Samsung Galaxy Grand, Micromax Canvas 4 and the forthcoming LG Optimus G Pro Lite. Xperia C is available with various e-commerce portals in India for less than Rs 20,000. This phablet was launched globally in June this year at Mobile Asia Expo.
