Sony, one of Japan’s leading manufacturer has introduced three high-end digital cameras in the Indian market- the RX10, Alpha 7R and Alpha 7; where the latter two are full-frame interchangeable lens, mirrorless cameras fused with features of RX100 that was launched earlier in August this year.

The camera supports Full HD video recording in 50p or cinematic 25p frame rates, and also provided is an audio level meter to aid in the video recordings.

Sony may concentrate on the Service issues first, instead of launching new products with profit making price.
My Sony Bravia 18 months old (from date of purchase) is suffering for want of Services and is in Hyderabad RTC X Roads Service Centre, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India. Your Service people confirmed, ‘D’ Board problem first, then tried to prove it and failed. Secondly changed the Remote Board which indeed needs repairs, Changed it quoting a price of Rs.around 1200 to 1500/. On confirmation, myself and my wife went to Service Centre to collect, then they said, I am sorry Sir, it has Speakers problem. On my regular enquiry, now they are saying, its the problem of mother board. Its already about 17 days my TV is with them. I dont know what I am going to know from them, no surprise, if it has father-board, mother-in-law board, or father-in-law board. May it also be sister-in-law board. If anybody wants genuinity of my complaint, please reach me on sagarbonala@gmail.com, I shall send you the receipt raised by Sony Service Centre.
