LG’s latest sensation is powered by a 2.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 quad-core processor. The 16GB version of the phone packs 2GB of RAM while the 32GB version has 3GB of RAM. Memory can be further expanded up to 128GB via a microSD card in both versions. The G3 supports Android’s KitKat 4.4.2 OS.

This LG device holds a sweet 5.5-inch edge-to-edge Quad HD display with a resolution of 2560×1440 pixels and 538ppi pixel density. The frame is metallic, light in weight and has a floating arc like design. The camera fixed on the rear side is 13MP with OIS (Optical Image Stabilization) for blur reduction, laser auto focus and dual flash. The secondary snapper is a 2.1MP camera with a large image sensor on the front side for enhanced selfies. There’s also a 1-Watt speaker inside with Boost Amp. The G3 depends on a 3000mAh for all the juice that can be charged wirelessly.

Keep it simple has been the mantra throughout. Everything unnecessary has been dealt for a simplified UI. Also the number of pre-installed apps has been reduced while similar apps have been merged. The Smart Notice feature suggests actions by taking into account the status and behavior of the phone. It makes recommendations, sends alerts and keeps reminding.
