Indigenous mobile maker iBall has announced the launch of Slide 3G 7271-HD70. Successor to the Slide 3G 7271-HD7 tablet that was floated in January, this new slate has been priced Rs.8299. Barring the extra RAM and storage space, specifications of the HD70 are same as its predecessor’s.
iBall’s latest is powered by a 1.3GHz Dual-Core Cortex A7 processor. It packs 1GB of RAM and has 8GB of inbuilt space for storage. Memory can be expanded externally up to 32GB. The budget tablet runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) OS and depends on a 3000mAh battery for its sustenance.
The slate has a 7-inch HD display with a resolution of 1024×600 pixels. It has a built-in earpiece receiver as it supports phone calling function. The cameras the Slide 3G 7271-HD70 is equipped with are a 2MP snapper with LED flash assistance on the rear panel and a VGA camera on the front. Connectivity options are 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, AGPS/GPS and Micro-USB.
iBall Slide 3G17 price lowers further.
Just last month iBall had made the Slide 3G17 available for sale. This slate is now available for Rs.7178 as listed on Snapdeal. Comparing its specifications with those of Slide 3G 7271-HD70, they are very much the same. However, the 3G17 has 512MB RAM and sports a WVGA display. Also the space for onboard storage is 4GB and the battery the tablet packs is 2500mAh.
