Chinese mobile giant Huawei has announced the launch of Ascend P6 for Indian market with a price label of Rs.29,999. This dual slim smartphone is light (120 grams) and so far the world’s ‘slimmest’ (6.18 mm). Ascend P6 was first introduced to the world in June this year at an event held in London. It has already been listed on popular e-commerce portals Flipkart, Infibeam and Saholic.
The Huawei Ascend P6 is powered by a 1.5GHz Quad-Core K3V2E processor along with 2GB of RAM. There’s 8GB of onboard storage with an option to expand further up to 32GB. The smartphone runs on Android v4.2.2 (Jelly Bean) OS with the Emotion UI on top. A 2,000 mAh battery keeps the phone alive
The Huawei device sports a 4.7-inch HD display. It comes equipped with two cameras. The primary camera is an 8-megapixel snapper with BSI sensor and F2.0 aperture fixed on the rear side. It captures videos in 1080p at 30fps. The secondary camera is a 5-megapixel shooter on the front. This one records in 720p at 30fps. The Ascend P6 also packs Huawei’s IMAGESmart, an image editing software with auto scene recognition and colour enhancement.
