Gionee Elife E7 India Launch In January; At 16MP, It’s The Best Android Cameraphone.
Gionee has announced the successor to Elife E6. The Elife E7 will be made available in China from December 5. The smartphone will hit Indian market sometime in January. Two variants of the phone with onboard storage as the basis would be introduced. The 16GB version of the Gionee Elife E7 has been priced 2,699 Yuan (Rs 27700/- approx.) while the 32GB variant has been priced 3,199 Yuan (Rs 32700 approx).
Gionee’s latest offering holds a 5.5-inch full HD display with 1920×1080 pixels resolution. Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protects the screen. The smartphone comes equipped with two cameras. The primary camera on the rear side is a 16-megapixel shooter while the secondary is an 8-megapixel camera on the front. Elife E7 derives all the juice from a 2,500 mAh battery.
Gionee has two different processors two variants. The 3G model of the phone will be driven by Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor with 2.2GHz clock speed. The 4G version is powered by 2.5GHz Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor. Then there’s Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) OS with the Amigo 2.0 UI on the top. Also the RAM varies as storage options (16GB/32GB). The 16GB variant gets 2GB RAM while the 32GB variant has 3GB of RAM. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC, GPS/ A-GPS among others.
