Belly Fat More Dangerous Compared To Obesity Believes Study

A research was conducted on 15000 people in the age group of 18 to 90 years of age and it was opined that people wit excess belly fat extra belly fat have great risk than overweight people. Considering the Body Mass Index (BMI) and waist to hip ratio and comparing their standards concluded that weight somewhat on the higher side is less hazardous than extra belly fat.

The team reported that in case of men with normal weight but big bellies, the date rate was twice than the otherwise obese men whereas the death rate was only 32% in case of women.

Fats getting deposited in the belly are either congenital or dermatological. Congenital fats interrupts process like metabolism, clotting, which leads to various other problems related to heart, diabetes etc. The congenital fat is present in every person but more than 40% of the people have it around their the belly.

By the end of year 2025 more than 1 billion people will be obese as per earlier studies. To avoid such a condition people should restrain themselves from consuming junk food and indulge in various kinds of exercises to burn calories in order to lead a healthy life.
