Smartphone manufacturer XOLO, on Tuesday, launched yet another budget smartphone called the XOLO A500S. The Phone was floated with a price tag of Rs.6,999. XOLO’s latest offering packs a lot of attractive features and at this price, experts predict, the smartphone may take the budget phone market by storm.
The A500S is driven by a 1.2 GHz Dual-Core processor along with 512MB RAM as Mali-400 MP GPU takes care of the graphics. It offers 4 GB of in-built storage that can be expanded via a microSD card up to 32 GB. It runs on Android v4.2 (Jelly Bean) OS.
This XOLO device holds a 4-inch TFT with 233 ppi display and WVGA resolution of 800×480 pixels. It comes equipped with a 5-Megapixel camera on the rear side with touch focus and LED flash support and a VGA camera on the front that facilitates video calling. Capture and play videos in 720p.
