Samsung GALAXY Tab 3 To Hit Stores Worldwide In May!

Samsung, on Monday, raised the curtain to unveil the all new ‘Galaxy Tab 3 7.0’. The device will have two versions – the Wi-Fi version and the 3G version with voice calling. The Wi-Fi version of this 7-inch tablet will be made available worldwide in May while the 3G version will hit the stores in June.

The device will run on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) and will be powered by a 1.2 GHz Dual-Core processor and 1GB of RAM. It has 8/16 GB of internal memory storage and memory can be expanded externally via a microSD card up to 64 GB. The Tablet will be fueled by a standard Li-ion 4,000 mAh battery. It has a WSVGA TFT screen with 1024×600 pixel resolution. It comes equipped with a 3MP primary camera and a 1.3MP secondary camera. It is capable of full HD (1080p) playback at 30fps. Tab 3’s connectivity options include Wi-Fi a/b/g/n (2.4/5GHz), Wi-Fi Channel Bonding, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth (v3.0) and USB (v2.0).

The Wi-Fi version weighs 302g while the 3G version weighs 306g though dimensions for both are same (111.1 mm x 188.0 mm x 9.9 mm). The price tag hasn’t been revealed as of yet.
