SRK fans it’s out! The very first poster of King Khan’s much awaited Happy New Year has been released. Directed by Farah Khan it features Deepika Padukone, Boman Irani, Abhishek Bachchan, Sonu Sood and Vivaan Shah. The film produced by Red Chillies Entertainments Pvt Ltd is currently under post-production phase and will be released on October 23.
The poster was released through fan pages of the movie on social networking websites Facebook and Twitter. Going by the first look it’s a movie definitely based on heist but sources say it will be a musical one. So basically we have a musical-heist!
Commenting on the launch Farah Khan said that the launch of Happy New Year’s poster is a step towards realization of her dream project. According to her it’s a dream cast and hoped that the film turns out to be the most entertaining of all this year. She also termed her association with Shah Rukh Khan a ‘dream partnership’. This is Farah’s third collaboration with SRK after Main Hoon Na and Om Shanti Om.
The trio of Shah Rukh, Farah and Deepika have come together for the second time which is yet another Diwali release. Om Shanti Om had set the box office ablaze then. Can they do it again with Happy New Year?
