This Class of Rowdies in some way seems to be inspired from The Ron Clark Story, where Matthew Perry played the teacher who brought down the great barrier of communication and imparted teaching to a bunch of ‘hooligan’ kids in the most unconventional way possible. In this short-film, a teacher Sakshi reworks her approach to education, and embraces a unique style of teaching by which not only a bunch of so-labelled ‘rowdy’ students discover their own inner passions and strengths, but also learn to respect the queerness and brilliance of others. This film by 5th space is a tribute to teachers who’ve refurbished pedagogy, and created space for students where they can thrive better and explore their own channel of expression.
