Wickedleak has introduced level two of Wammy Desire with a price tag that reads Rs.9,999 (excluding taxes). The tablet is now up for grabs on the manufacturer’s website as delivery of the first batch would commence from May 15.
Two variants of the Wammy Desire Tab 2 will be made available one of which will run on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) while the other on the beta version of Android 4.2. It is powered by Samsung’s 1.4 GHz Exynos 4412 SoC Quad-Core processor and a Mali-400 GPU. It is packed with 1 GB of DDR3 RAM and offers internal storage up to 8 GB. Externally, memory can be expanded up to 32 GB supported by a microSD card.
The new Wammy Desire sports a 7” 5-point IPS full HD screen that operates on capacitive-touch and has a pixel resolution of 1280 x 800. It’s a dual-camera tablet with a 2 megapixel camera on the rear side and a 0.3 megapixel camera on the front.
Wickedleak’s latest offering is fueled by a 3,300 mAh battery. Connectivity options that version two of Wammy Desire has to offer include 3G which is supported by an external dongle for the same, Bluetooth v2.1, Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n), USB and HDMI output. The tablet is available in white colour only.
