Major mechanicals of Vespa S have been straightaway pulled off from other Vespas, and there’s no differentiating element in this section. The two-wheeler includes a four-stroke, 125cc, single-cylinder and air cooled engine which delivers 10.06 bhp @ 7500 rpm. The engine is linked to a CVT transmission system which offers a smoother ride. The monocoque steel chassis, single side hydraulic front shock absorber and rear monoshock have been included in this vehicle.

Though at a premium price, Piaggio wants to attract the youth with its latest Vespa offering, and going by the classiness of the product, it may as well be successful. The company’s planning to launch more of its scooters in the Indian market.
