‘Hero of the Big Screen’ Nokia Lumia 625 Unveiled: India Release In Q3!

Finnish mobile giant Nokia finally raised curtains off of its biggest Lumia phone, what it flaunts as ‘The Hero of the Big Screen’- Nokia Lumia 625. The 4G LTE smartphone will hit Indian shores sometime during the third quarter of the year.

The Lumia 625 is driven by a 1.2 GHz Dual-Core Snapdragon S4 processor with 512MB RAM. It offers 8GB of in-built memory which is expandable up to 64GB via microSD card. It runs on Windows 8 with the latest Amber update by Nokia. It is powered by a 2,000 mAh battery.

Nokia’s latest offering holds a 4.7-inch LCD display with 800×480 pixels resolution (201ppi). The Smartphone comes equipped with a 5-Megapixel camera on the rear side and a VGA camera on the front. Videos can be recorded in 1080p at 30fps. The device comes with a host of applications like Nokia Smart Camera capable of capturing a burst of shots, Nokia Cinemagraph, Here Maps, Here Drive, Nokia Music among others. Connectivity options include 4G, Wi-Fi, microUSB v2.0, Bluetooth v4.0. NFC, however, is missing from the list.

Nokia Lumia 625 Range

The figure on the price tag may read 220 euros, it is expected. The Lumia 625 will be available in Green, Yellow, Black, Red, White and Orange.
