Indigenous smartphone maker Intex has floated Aqua Star II with a price tag of Rs.5999. This launch comes close on the heels of Intex Aqua Star L – India’s first Android 5.0 Lollipop device. Aqua Star II has inherited a lot of specifications from its predecessor, Aqua Star. The dual SIM smartphone will be available in colours white, grey, blue and black.
Aqua Star II is powered by Spreadspectrum SC7731 quad-core processor that clocks at 1.2GHz. This is coupled with 1GB of RAM. The smartphone can accommodate 8GB onboard as memory can be expanded up to 32GB using a microSD card. Unlike Aqua Star L however, Aqua Star II runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat.
The latest from the house of Intex features a 5-inch FWVGA display. It sports dual cameras. The primary one is an 8MP camera on the rear with the ability to autofocus while the secondary camera fitted on the front is a 5MP snapper. It packs a 2000mAh battery for juice. Connectivity features include 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and micro USB.
