BSNL after joining hands with Champion Computers this month has launched its own phablet ‘Champion Trendy 531’. The device coms with a price tag of Rs.13,999 attached. It supports dual SIM (GSM+GSM). Along with the phablet BSNL provides a free 3G data plan of 500MB every month for a year. The new BSNL device is driven by a 1.2GHz Quad-Core processor coupled with 1GB of RAM. It runs on Android v4.2 (Jelly Bean) OS. It has 4GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded up to 32GB via a microSD card. It is fueled by a 3,200 mAh battery.

The Champion Trendy 531 sports a 5.3-inch IPS display though the resolution has still been kept under wraps. It comes equipped with two shooters. A 13-megapixel camera with autofocus is fixed on the rear side while a 5-megapixel camera is on the front side. Connectivity options include 3G, Wi-Fi, GPRS, EDGE and Bluetooth.
