“Bard of Blood” Written by Bilal Siddiqi, the book will be adapted into an eight-episode political espionage thriller series by SRK’s Red Chillies Entertainment. The Netflix original series will delve into the story of Kabir Anand, an expelled spy whose new life as a Shakespeare professor in Panchgani is disrupted when he is recalled to save his country and a long-lost love. The protagonist will be forced to confront his deadliest foes in a race against time.
“Selection Day” is a story of cricket and corruption based on the novel of the same name by Booker Prize-winning author Aravind Adiga (“White Tiger”).
“Again” is a female-led detective series written by Marisha Mukerjee (Quantico).
“Leila” has been written by Urmi Juvekar, who will also serve as the executive producer on the series. It is based on the book by Prayaag Akbar and will tell the story of Shalini, a free-thinking woman in search of the daughter she lost upon her arrest 16 years earlier. Set in the near future, this inventive, boundary-breaking story centers around longing, faith, and loss.
“Ghoul” is a horror series based on Arabic folklore. It is set around a covert detention center and will star Radhika Apte and Manav Kaul in key roles. It has been written by Patrick Graham, who will also perform the directing duties. Produced by Blumhouse Studios.
“Crocodile” has been written by Binky Mendez and is a young adult murder mystery thriller series set in the seaside state of Goa. When her best friend goes missing, Mira sets out on her own investigation, uncovering secrets among her friends, romantic relationships, and community.
