Intex has introduced an addition to its Aqua club of smartphones. The Intex Aqua N2, available with retailers and leading online marts, has been fielded in the market with a price label that reads Rs.6990. The smartphone is now pitched against the likes of XOLO A500S, Karbonn A99 and LAVA Iris 405. Last month Intex had floated Aqua HD and Aqua i4.
Intex’s latest offering sports a 4-inch display (800×480 pixel resolution). A twin camera device, the primary camera fitted on the rear side is a 5-megapixel snapper with auto focus ability while a 1.3-megapixel camera fixed on the front side assists in video calling. The Smartphone is driven by a 1.2GHz MediaTek dual-core processor coupled with 512MB of RAM. It runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) OS.
Intex Aqua N2 has 4GB of onboard storage capacity externally expandable up to 32GB via a microSD card. List of connectivity options has 3G, EDGE, GPRS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n) and GPS. This Intex device packs a 1,400 mAh battery that can survive as much as 5 hours of talk time and offers up to 220 hours of standby time.
The Dual SIM (GSM+GSM) Aqua N2 brings along 5GB of free cloud storage with Intex’s Cloud application. There’s also ‘Matrabhasha’, an app that supports 22 regional languages.
