HTC Desire 301e Launched In China: Android 4.1, Dual-Core Processor

Taiwanese smartphone giant HTC has officially floated the Desire 301e in China. The phone went online in August courtesy TENAA database. HTC’s latest offering to China is now listed on the company’s website. Not much is known about its pricing and availability though specifications have been released. According to AndroidOS, the figure on the price tag hovers around $200. The smartphone will be made available in selected markets only.

The HTC Desire 301e is powered by a 1GHz Dual-Core processor coupled with 512MB RAM. The smartphone offers 4GB of internal storage that can be expanded externally via a microSD card. It runs on Android v4.1 (Jelly Bean) with HTC’s Sense 5.0 UI on top. The Desire 301e sports a 4.3-inch WVGA display (800×480 pixels resolution) and comes equipped with twin cameras. The Primary camera is a 5-megapixel snapper fixed on the rear side while a VGA shooter is fitted on the front side. This HTC device packs a 1,650 mAh battery. Connectivity features include 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS.
