XOLO, on Monday, floated the Play T1000. The Smartphone was previously up for pre-orders on popular e-commerce portal flipkart.com. The phone can be pocketed by shelling out Rs.15999 first.
XOLO’s latest offering is powered by NVIDIA’s 1.5 GHz Quad-Core Tegra 3 processor along with NVIDIA’s 12-Core ULP GeForce GPU. It comes packed with 1GB of RAM. The new XOLO device offers 4GB of in-built memory, externally expandable up to 32 GB via a microSD card. It runs on Android v4.1.1 (Jelly Bean).
The phone sports a 4.7-inch multi-touch IPS HD display developed using One-Glass Solution (OGS) technology. It’s a dual camera gadget with an 8-Megapixel primary camera and a 2-Megapixel secondary camera. Videos can be recorded in full HD.
Connectivity options enlisted include 3G, WiFi (802.11 b/g/n), micro USB v2.0, A-GPS, Bluetooth v3.0 etc. The smartphone is fueled by a 2,000 mAh battery that can survive talk time of 11 hours on 2G and 9 hours on 3G.
