Nestle’s ‘Exercise In A Bottle’ Is A Fat-Burning Drink For “No-Gym” Folks

Scientists at the Nestle Institute of Health Science , Switzerland  have researched that how enzymes can be accelerated with a compound. An enzyme which is known AMPK which controls digestion can be accelerated by C13 Compound. The product is known as ‘Exercise in a Bottle’.

As such there is no alternative to exercise or other workouts but it is believed that people who cannot perform rigorous exercises like jogging or cycling for 40 minutes can now burn their calories by consuming the product and doing normal exercise like brisk walking etc. The result is same as that of exercise but with less efforts.

Researchers further add that exercise has its own importance and its value cannot be replaced by any product. The research was first conducted on mice and the scientists have proved themselves successful to a certain extent.
