The Mobile arm of electronics giant Videocon launched as many as eight smartphones under the ‘Infinium’ range starting from price Rs.6,000. The newly floated smartphones are A31, A42, A48, A52, A53, A54, A55HD and A55qHD. The range stretches from phones driven by single-core processors to quad-core processors and that pack all features expected of a regular smartphone.
The flagship Videocon Infinium A55HD is powered by a 1.2GHz Quad-Core processor coupled with 1GB of RAM. It offers 4GB of internal storage expandable up to 32GB via a microSD card. The smartphone runs on Android v4.2 (Jelly Bean) OS. It holds a 5-inch HD display that incorporates OGS technology. The A55HD has twin cameras- an 8-megapixel BSI on the rear side and a 3.2-megapixel front facing snapper. This Videocon device is fueled by a 2,000 mAh Li-Ion battery and supports dual SIM.
Infinium A55qHD sports a 5-inch display with a resolution of 960×540 pixels. This one is powered by a 1.3GHz Quad-Core processor. It packs a 2,000 mAh battery and comes equipped with an 8-megapixel camera with BSI sensor and auto focus and a 1.3-megapixel camera on the front. The Infinium A54 has a 5.3-inch display with a resolution of 540×960 pixels. It packs a 1.2GHz Quad-Core processor and has an 8-megapixel rear camera and a 1.3-megapixel camera on the front. It is powered by a 2,500mAh battery.
