Deanne’s latest book Shut Up and Train addresses your several exercising needs – including several forms of trainings, the proper diets required to meet your nutritional needs and build up the required strength, and even the art of bodybuilding. The author has, in a very simplified manner, explained the various methods you may adopt to sculpt your body as per your desire.
The book’s categorized in two sections – one which enlightens you with the body basics (muscles, bones, tissues etc), while the other focuses more on how to build muscles by exercising. There’s an additional section in between these two which tells you how this book could be utilized to your maximum benefit.
The functioning of your body system during a workout has been properly put in words, like say if you’re jogging, a detailed description on how the exercise affects your body has been scripted. Though it has too many ‘How To’s, it won’t be shelved in the same department as guide-books. There’s a foreword by none other than King Khan himself, and incorporated throughout the book are excerpts from several celebs who are admired and known for their fitness.
‘Shut Up And Train’ is the book that summarizes a lot in its title itself – quit whining and start worshiping that temple of a body you’ve got. Exercise right, feed it right, and stay healthy. And the preaches have been preached by a practitioner, so you know they’re helpful. A lot, actually.
