, where the price tag reads Rs.30,990/-. The device is expected to be released in the fifth week of June.
As christened this Samsung phablet has a 6.3-inch multi-touch HD display with a resolution of 1280×720 pixels. Qualcomm’s 1.7 GHz Snapdragon 400 dual-core processor powers the Galaxy Mega along with Adreno 305 GPU. It runs on Android’s v4.2.2 (Jelly Bean).
The phablet comes packed with 1.5GB of RAM and offers 8GB of internal storage. Externally, memory can be expanded up to 64 GB via a microSD card. A Dual camera device, the primary one is an 8-Megapixel camera while the secondary is a 1.9-Megapixel camera. A 3,200 mAh Li-Ion battery fuels the Galaxy Mega 6.3.
Connectivity options enlisted include 3G, WiFi, LTE, EDGE, GPRS, NFC, USB, GLONASS and Bluetooth v4.0.
