Micromax is back to its old ways, teasing us again. Canvas Doodle 3 is in the pipeline this time. The company made this teaser available on its official YouTube channel and then shared the same on its Facebook fanpage. Though the 18-second video doesn’t even give a hint of what the new phone would be like, MicromaxCanvas says it has all the details.
The website has published an image that enlists the supposed specifications of MMX’s Canvas Doodle 3 A102. It also claims that the A102 is not an upgraded version of either Doodle 1 or Doodle 2. The device will be powered by a 1.3GHz Dual-Core processor and will hold a 6-inch FWVGA display. It will run on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) OS. The battery will be 2500mAh and memory can be expanded externally up to 32GB using a microSD card. The new Doodle will be equipped with two cameras. The primary is a 5MP camera on the rear side while the camera on the front is a VGA. There’s no word on the size of the RAM it’ll pack or the storage space onboard.
If this is it then the price should be under 10000. Given the Canvas Doodle range this one has specifications that are not even close to those that Doodles one and two carry. Doodle phones, though, were created with a focus on ‘creativity’ so A102 could be one of those.
So except for the news that there will be a Canvas Doodle 3, nothing is official as of yet.
According to the teaser this one’s a ‘bigger’ canvas. Going by the posters on Facebook it’s a phone without limits. You can share, store, see and yes doodle without limits. We’re tracking this story so keep watching this space for more information.
