Maxx Mobile has expanded its GenxDroid7 smartphone club with the addition of AX356 GenxDroid7. The budget smartphone is in stock and is available with popular online retailer Infibeam for Rs.3696. It supports dual SIM (WCDMA+GSM) functionality.
Maxx’s new launch is powered by dual-core MediaTek MT6572M with a clock speed of 1GHz. It packs 512MB of RAM and has 4GB of storage capacity to house data within. Memory is flexible enough to be expanded up to 32GB (there’s an 8GB card in the box). The device runs on Android 4.2.2 (Jelly Bean) that will be upgraded to KitKat assures Maxx Mobile.
This Maxx smartphone holds a 3.5-inch HVGA screen. It comes equipped with two cameras. The primary camera fixed on the rear side is a 3.2MP snapper (with LED flash) while the secondary is a VGA camera on the front side. Connectivity options include 3G, EDGE, GPRS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v4.0, Micro-USB v2 and GPS/A-GPS.
The smartphone depends on a 1200mAh battery for all the juice it needs. The battery offers 100 hours of standby time and can survive upto 3.5 hours of talk time. The AX356 brings with it a host of applications like WeChat Launcher, Google apps, Opera Mini, Hungama, Office Suite, MAXX World, MAXX Care, MAXX life box and MAXX New Launch.
