Taiwanese smartphone giant HTC’s Desire 600C has been spotted on popular e-commerce website Flipkart. The Label on it reads Rs.28,990. The successor to HTC Desire 600, the 600c was unveiled in July this year. This dual SIM device (GSM+CDMA) borrows a lot of features from its predecessor but looks different.
The HTC Desire 600C is powered by a 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 Quad-Core processor. It comes packed with 1GB DDR2 RAM and offers 8GB of internal storage expandable up to 64GB via a microSD card. There’s also free Dropbox storage available up to 25GB. It runs on Android v4.1.2 (Jelly Bean) OS with HTC’s Sense and BlinkFeed.
This HTC handset holds a 4.5-inch qHD display. It is equipped with two cameras. The Primary camera is an 8-megapixel BSI sensor shooter fitted on the rear side. The camera also has a dedicated ImageChip, auto focus and LED flash. The 1.6-megapixel camera on the front side facilitates video chats. Videos can be captured in slow motion and continuously in 720p. The smartphone also has HTC’s BoomSound that produce studio-quality sound with its built-in amplifiers. It’s fueled by a 1,860 mAh Li-polymer battery that can survive 11.1hours of talk time on 3G and 577 hours on standby. Connectivity features include 3G, GPRS, micro USB, NFC, Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n), DLNA and Bluetooth v4.0.
