Flipkart Big Billion Day sale is sure to turn many a big billion heads. We’ve witnessed last year the online buying craze Flipkart prompted with it, and though the company faced major issues in issuing and delivering objects last year, owing to the sheer volume of orders placed, one can rest assured that this year the event will be a lot grander and Flipkart will be doubly ready to face any and all obstacles coming its way. That’s no surprise. What comes off as a surprise is that Google’s new Huawei Nexus 6P shall be sold exclusively on Flipkart on Tuesday. Google is hosting an event in Delhi where it’ll announce Huawei Nexus 6P and LG Nexus 5X for India. Both the phones shall be listed on Google Store and shall be made available later even at brick and mortar stores.
Motorola India has also announced that its Moto G (Gen 2) 4G smartphone shall be up for pre-order starting 15th October on Flipkart. Those who pre-order the phone on the given day could avail the phone at Rs 8,999/- itself. The actual price of the phone sans the discount is not known. But as the 3G-only version of Gen 2 costs Rs 9,999/- and the Moto G Gen 3 version costs Rs 11,999/-, the upcoming 4G smartphone could be expected to cost somewhere in this range.
Apart from higher internet speeds, the 4G variant of Gen 2 Moto G has a bigger battery of 2,390 mAh, while all remaining features remain same.
