Aircel assured that it shall be launching BlackBerry 10 in India prior to its availability in this country a few weeks following its global release on January 30th. Having approached several Indian telecom operators regarding their plans to launch BlackBerry 10, Tech2 team found out that while Aircel nodded its agreement for the launch, Vodafone has reserved its reply till the global launch date, but considering the strong ties the company shares with BlackBerry on a global level, it not launching BlackBerry 10 devices is extremely unlikely. Biggies Airtel and Tata Docomo are yet to state their say on this matter, while Idea and Reliance GSM have clearly said that they won’t be launching BlackBerry 10 devices.
