Tom Cruise in action sequences rarely disappoints. While he’s a mainstream hit with his Mission Impossible series, his one-man-army performance as Jack Reacher was equally appreciated by many (though many were doubtful of a miscasting earlier, provided that their physical appearances had very little in common). Also, I’m extremely excited for this film as it’s being directed by Edward Zwick (the man behind Blood Diamond, The Last Samurai), while the original director Christopher McQuarrie has joined the team as an executive producer.

Jack Reacher: Never Go Back has an amazing star cast – Tom Cruise, Cobie Smulders, Danika Yarosh, Aldis Hodge, Austin Hebert, Patrick Heusinger, Robert Knepper and and Holt McCallany. Cruise is himself producing the film based on Lee Child’s 18th book, alongside Don Granger, David Ellison and Dana Goldberg.
The film is slated for a theatrical release on October 21, 2016.
You may want to read Lee Child’s bestselling book before its movie adaptation hits the screens.
