No Doubt the artist is not only super intelligent but also he is able to think out of the box.
Isi’t it going to impact young minds and may change the actual picture of GOD which is seen since thousands of years? Are sharp canine, dangerous and destructive looks really needed to show God’s look?
God is figureless, genderless, ageless etc and you can give him figure or name of your choice but the pictures shown here doesn’t more resemble to factious horror characters that too motivated mostly from movies? Don’t you think the minds which are not able to think what is good and bad will resemble these with horrifying villainous characters?
Also can you tell me which ved, puran, or hindu book says Shiv consume Gaanjaa.
Seek some genuine answers to my questions against this moronic deed.
Can this artist use his intelligence for constructive porpuse????

Thanks for thinking that this is “stupid”. Without your comment I would not have seen the beauty. These are great way to see the Gods. I was getting tired of seeing the same images since I was a kid.

Im sorry if u feel that way. But,shivji does do weed. That’s why on Shiva rathri, in northern part of India ,they give bhaang as prasad. I know its not weed. But this is done because weed is illegal in India and bhaang is used as a substitute. I hope I have cleared ur doubts. If u want to know in depth then refer shivapuraan or ask a temple pandit.

Sure God may be faceless, but if God wanted us to see Him? Wouldn’t He create a face for us to see? These pictures could just be the avatars They use so our human eyes can witness Them.

Pictures of Hindu Gods as we see today are creation of Raja Ravi Varma in 19th Century.
Prior to that there were no pictures of the Hindu Gods.
Only some abstract doodles or images
